Nigel wanted to make a red that surprised people, rather than just a straight up Cab.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe wine is built to age - the 20% of Petit Verdot in the blend gives it florals and freshness which turns to tobacco and cigar box as it ages.
