The Sousón comes from a west-facing vineyard, the Caíño from an east-facing one, either side of the Avia river.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003ePutting them together is like ‘\u003cem\u003etwo neighbours who hate each other\u003c\/em\u003e’ says Iria, but it really works.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eIria matured the wine for 13 months in big Italian oak casks, which were previously used to age Super Tuscans. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eThe nose leaps out of the glass - full of dark fruit, herbs and spice.
